The primary responsibility of Associate Consultant is to support senior consultants in all aspects of opportunity development and project delivery and to have a direct and positive impact on our client s business success.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide analytical and research support to senior consultants aimed at helping them to understand our clients underlying business issues and evaluating impact opportunities.

Support senior consultants in developing and implementing solutions for clients, drawing on the full range of our IP and expertise.

Deliver impactful work for clients as part of a project team.

Support the growth of the organization by assisting with proposal writing, thought leadership research, presentations, and by directly participating in client facing business development activities.

Serve as a project manager for small clients/projects to ensure effectively high quality delivery.

任职要求

Qualification:

Master or Bachelor degree from top university, relevant experience is a plus.

Demonstrates basic know how of the business context, economics, trends and dynamics of organizations.

Ability to think conceptually; think outside the box , identify connections and leverage them to develop solutions.

Ability to apply and leverage curiosity and learning, enabling us to quickly respond to changing business environments.

Passion for learning and a genuine interest in learning about people and management.
