Responsibility:

Coordinate with Sales team for Pre-sales supporting on Digital Cinema & Visual Solution application

Coordinate with Marketing team for marketing promotion activity support

Post-sales supporting for on-site troubleshooting & analysis

Train and improve distributor & customer engineer for their technical support skill and ability up

Requirement:

Title: Legal and Compliance Expert

Business Unit: LCG-Legal & Compliance Group

Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:

Handle legal and compliance matter including the followings under instructions of supervisors.

To provide legal supports to Sony group companies in China, concerning contracts and other daily operations on which legal advices and services are necessary or desirable. Such legal supports include:

Drafting, revising and negotiating legal documents in both Chinese and English (and, if capable, Japanese);

Analyzing legal risks and providing practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for daily business;

Investigation and research of relevant laws; and

Providing training to business members on laws and internal rules.

To handle dispute, litigation and government investigation.

To establish and update a China-wide governance and compliance structure to ensure the lawful and legitimate operation of Sony China and Sony group companies in China.

To implement compliance to Sony China and Sony group companies in China through, among others, communication with management and persons in charge, and training and reminding.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in law, with PRC bar qualification is a plus.

Language: Fluent in speaking and writing both Mandarin Chinese and English. Japanese language capability is preferred.
