我司是法国迪卡侬集团在广州的采购办公室，主要负责公司在华南地区的服装、面料采购业务。

二、招聘信息

1/ Technical Merchandiser for Fabric （面料技术质量主管）

工作职责：
- 根据客户需求开发所需面料；
- 掌握面料生产流程中的技术参数，保证面料及面料在成衣中的质量；
- 掌握面料价格分析，与供应商进行价格谈判；
- 根据集团要求（社会责任、质量体系、环境保护等），管理面料供应商，并持续改进；

Job responsibilities:
- Develop new fabric to meet customer s needs
- Master production process parameter, ensure product quality
- Master product price breakdown and negotiate with suppliers for better price
- Manage and ensure suppliers to meet with group s requirement and continual improvement

2/ Technical Merchandiser for Garment （服装质量主管）

工作职责：
- 评估并确保产品质量；
- 衡量并纠正供应商生产中所产生的质量偏差，并勇于提出修改建议；
- 根据集团要求（社会责任、质量体系、环境保护等），管理面料供应商，并持续改进；

Job responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of your products;
- measure and correct discrepancies; explain and recommend discrepancies;
- Manage and ensure suppliers to meet with group s requirement and continual improvement.

3/ Test leader (实验室测试主管)

工作职责：

- 进行纺织品样本测试，并保证测试结果的准确性以及沟通；

- 给内部相关人员以及外部供应商进行实验室相关的测试；

- 协助外部供应商实验室通过迪卡侬认证；

- 与第三方实验室以及迪卡侬集团内部各实验室合作；

- 为内部技术质量主管提供专业技术意见；

- 保证实验室符合ISO17025标准。

Responsibility:

- Perform textile test and communicate result to internal customers;

- Provide training to internal customers and suppliers;

- Facilitate supplier laboratory become autonomy;

- Cooperate with third party laboratory and Oxylane network laboratory;

- Provide technical solution for quality issue with customer;

- Maintain laboratory performance in coherence with ISO17025 requirement;

以上岗位要求：
- 英语良好(书面，口语）；
- 本科或以上学历，纺织工程、化学或材料专业优先；
- 勇于接受新事物、新挑战；
- 主动沟通，具有强烈责任感及全局观；
- 运动爱好者。

Technical Merchandiser for Warp knit Fabric （经编面料技术质量主管）

工作职责：
- 根据客户需求开发经编面料(如印花泳衣面料、运动内衣面料等）；
- 熟悉经编面料生产流程中的技术参数，保证面料及面料在成衣中的质量；
- 熟悉经编面料价格分析，与供应商进行价格谈判；
- 根据集团要求（社会责任、质量体系、环境保护等），管理面料供应商，并持续改进；
- 开发新供应商。
Job responsibilities:
- Develop new warp knit fabric( including swimming suit printing fabric, sportive underwear fabric, etc) to meet with customer s needs
- Master production process parameter, ensure product quality
- Master product price breakdown and negotiate with suppliers for better price
- Manage and ensure suppliers to meet with group s requirement and continual improvement
- Source new suppliers

岗位要求：
- 英语良好(书面，口语）；
- 本科或以上学历，纺织工程、化学或材料专业优先；
- 熟悉经编面料织造、染整者优先；
- 勇于接受新事物、新挑战；
- 主动沟通，具有强烈责任感及全局观；
- 运动爱好者。
Job Requirements:
-English good both written and orally;
-Bachelor degree or above, major in textile, chemical or material will be a plus
- Familiar with warpknit fabric in knitting or dyeing is a plus;

Test Leader (future Technical Merchandiser) 实验室测试工程师

Responsibility:

- Perform textile test and communicate result to internal customers;

- Develop new test method according to internal customer needs;

- Provide training to internal customers and suppliers;

- Facilitate supplier laboratory become autonomy ;

- Cooperate with third party laboratory and Oxylane network laboratory;

- Provide technical solution for quality issue with customer;

- Maintain laboratory performance in coherence with ISO17025 requirement;

Requirement:

- Sports enthusiast; Passion & creative

- Bachelor degree or above; science/engineering major will be a plus

- Proficient in English;

- Good organization and communication skills

- Good sense of service and strong sense of responsibility;

- Mobile to work in inner city for 2 years
