Position：

Platform R&D software development（北京）

Job Description：

- Contributing to product evolution and development strategy

- Software design and implementation for product related features

- Subsystem level and system level testing and integration

- Providing technical support to engineering service team

Requirements:

1. Education background:

- B.S. or above in major of computer science, telecommunication, electronic engineering or related areas.

2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

- Experienced in software development and testing with C/C , Java, XML, Shell programming for Unlix/Linux operating system

- Familiar with database (MySQL, Oracle etc.)

- Good knowledge and background in telecom, wireless network and IMS/LTE. Familiar with protocols like 3GPP, GSM/UMTS, ANSI and AAA.

3. General competencies:

- Proactive & Initiative, highly self-motivated

- Good communication skills

- Good problem-solving skill, be able to work effectively under pressure

4. Language Ability:

- Fluent in both oral and written English

5. Plus:

- Experience in telecom software development is a plus.

Telecommunication SW Design and Test Engineer（北京）

Job Description：

1. Contribute to Telecommunication products evolution and development strategy

2. Responsible for software system engineering, software development and validation testing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, according to new customer requested or innovated functionality in R&D organization.

3. Technical support for issues reported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratory environment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, provide solution and code change against software bug.

Requirements:

1. Education background: Bachelor, Master or above. Major in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related.

2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

- Basic knowledge of Telecommunication System and Protocol knowledge

- Good programming expertise in Linux/Unix

- Good expertise in software development and testing with C/C /JAVA

- Good knowledge of software development process, software product life cycle. Software methodologies such as OOD and UML is preferred

- Basic knowledge of embedded systems and real time application development is preferred

3. General competencies:

- Proactive & Initiative

- Good communication skills

- Good team-work for cooperation

- Passionate, Accountability, Ability of learning, Open mind

- Able to work effectively under pressure

4. Language Ability: CET-6 minimum, Fluent in both oral and written English

5. Plus:

- Work experience with Wireless(LTE/GSM/CDMA/WCDMA)/IMS/Database/Optical(OTN/WDM/SDH)/PON is a plus

- End to end network architecture and solution design experience is a plus

- Experience in advanced technology area such as LTE/Mega Data/Cloud/Ultra Broadband Access/IP/OTN/PTN is a plus

Wireless System Test and Technical Support Engineer（北京）

Job Description：

1. Test specification work including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report based on feature requirements.

2. Set up test environment with new HW and SW introduction, including the commissioning for all network elements and preparation for all necessary test tools.

3. Perform test based on test plan, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.

4. Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Be able to do self-analysis, locate the error, define SW component impacted and provide detail logs to design team if needed. Test automation and Continuous test case optimization.

5. Perform lab & field test, trial & certification test.

6. Provide technical support on issue reproduction and debug. Responsible for investigating and identifying critical customer issues from field, providing technical consultant to field issues. On-site support if needed.

7. Provide technical support on successful network deployment or trials on customer sites. Answer technical questions from customer.

8. Provide network optimization method, rules as well as innovative tool solutions to improve the E2E & RAN network performance.

9. Work with global Alcatel-Lucent teams, interface with other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Education background: Master or above. Major in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related

2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:

- Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes

- Basic knowledge of wireless telecommunication system and protocol(3GPP)

- Master some scripting language like TCL/Shell/Perl/Java/Python

- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- A customer mindset satisfaction service is required

- Be able to work under pressure, capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment

3. General competencies:

- Proactive & Initiative

- Good communication skills

- Good team-work for cooperation

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work

4. Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English

5. Plus:

- Familiar with 3GPP physical layer and interface protocols is a plus

- Experience with wireless communication system (GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE) is a plus

- Experience with automation testing system development is a plus

- Experience with technical support is a plus
