Provide timely and reasonable financial analysis to facilitate sound business decisions.

Contribute to the business budgeting/forecasting and analysis efforts.

Key Accountabilities 主要职责 Key Measures 衡量标准

1 {C}² {C}Prepare and evaluate budgets, forecast, analyze profit and loss statements and balance sheets to help ensure profitable operations and consistency with sound business management.

2 {C}² {C}Perform financial analysis on trade promotion programs, market expansion, product launch, cost efficiency, SKU optimization, Gross profit optimization etc. to assure optimum performance at lowest possible costs

4 {C}² {C}Perform accurate financial evaluations of proposed capital expenditures to ensure timely and profitable business decision and audit completed projects to determine profitability and achievement of original objectives.

5 {C}² {C}Ensure application of established financial controls within the area of responsibility by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions

6 {C}² {C}Provide timely analysis of the business and financial impacts of discrete business projects or transactions.

7 {C}² {C}Communicate fully with marketing department, China corporate, regional BA and others who have need to know.
