亨通集团招聘海外留学生情况介绍

国际化战略是亨通集团四大发展战略之一，亨通集团制定了“555”的国际化发展战略目标，即50%的线缆产品销往海外，50%的资本为国际化资本，50%的人才为国际化人才。

一、引进海外留学生的主要目的是加快推进亨通国际化战略，加快亨通国际事业部海外业务拓展。

二、对海外留学生所在国家的区域及相关要求：

东南亚、非洲、南美、东欧等国家的留学生，男女不限，本人愿意在中国毕业后回国发展；

学历为本科及以上，专业不限；

待遇根据所在国家收入情况确定，原则上为所在国家应届生收入60-80分位；

引进数量不限。

三、从事主要工作职责：到生源所在国家亨通办事处任职销售代表（经理），在所在国家从事亨通线缆产品（光纤、光缆、光器件、中低压电缆、高压电缆、海底电缆、海底光缆等系列产品）的市场开拓工作。

四、招聘程序：

1、首先与各相关高校主管海外留学生的部门接洽，了解学校的海外留学生情况，有针对性地在海外留学生中开展宣传和交流，有意向的邀请至亨通集团参观，并与国际事业部相关领导交流。

2、亨通集团录用后，签订用工合同（由亨通国际事业部负责签订），先安排在集团相关公司实习培训6个月，然后派到所在国家亨通办事处工作。

International Students Are Needed

Now, HENGTONG has more than 10,000 employees, more than 30 subsidiaries worldwide and 21 overseas offices. In 2013, the Group's revenue reached 31.2 billion Chinese yuan. The Group has been a top 500 Chinese enterprises for six consecutive years. Number of years it ranked the first tax payer of Private enterprise in Wujiang. During 2012-2013, HENGTONG provided reliable fiber and fiber optic cable equipment for the rendezvous Spaceships Shenzhou 9 and Shenzhou 10 to dock with manned spacecraft Heavenly Temple 1, and received special awards from the General Armament Department.

Internationalization strategy is one of the four HENGTONG Group development strategies. HENGTONG Group has developed the “555” internationalization strategy target, which means 50% of wire cables sold to overseas, 50% capital is international, 50% talents is international.

The main purpose of introducing overseas students is to accelerate HENGTONG internationalization strategy and overseas market expanding.

The county and requirements for overseas students:

（1）Students from Southeast Asia、Affric、South American、East Europe. Male or female, and have the aim to develop his/her career in China and their home country after graduation.

Bachelor degree or more, no limitation of the major.

（3）Salary based on the matched national income, in principle, the salary is 10%-50% higher than the home country fresh graduates.

The number is unlimited.

Main duties: As sales representative of HENGTONG office in home county, to expand the home country market of HENGTONG products, such as fiber、optical fiber cable、ODN products、middle and low voltage power cable、high-voltage power cable、submarine power cable、submarine optical cable.

Recruitment Process:

（1）Communicate with the relevant university office for overseas students; Make propaganda communication with those who has the willing to join HENGTONG and invite them to visit HENGTONG HQ to talk with the international department manaer.

（2）The successful candidate will sign the working contract(decided by the international department Boss), HENGOTNG invests the first 6 months for training the candidate about products and sales skills etc and then dispatch overseas.
