Title: Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:
EID Cards
- Develop a solid understanding and delivery of the e-identity card issuance and audit process
- Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests assigned from Member service in US.
- Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order additional inventory as needed
- Coordinate requests for un-issued cards to US office
- Know how to prepare and send shipments using the FedEx and local couriers web sites
Operation Activities
- ability to work as part of the team-listening to team members, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure success of any and all efforts
- Handle ad hoc operations/data entries tasks
- Adherence to all Security Guidelines and personal responsibility for all security devices assigned to you
-Backup for Admin Assistant to handle office administrative tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year working experience
Strong Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry
Strong communication skills and multilingual in the following languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Detail oriented, a desire to solve problems, analytical
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline / time sensitive environment
Ability to work independently

工作地点：深圳福田
工作时间：5天8小时
