Retail Banking and Wealth ManagementRetail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role. In this role, you will: 1. To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch2. To direct customers to relevant Premier Relationship Officer (PRO or answer customer's simple 3. enquiries if PRO is occupied4. To handle HSBC Premier accounts and follow up work5. To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by 6. understanding customer needs 7. To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display8. To back up PRO who is on leave or during lunchtime

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Good communication skills;
2. Bachelor degree above;
3. Good team work sense;
4. Detail-orientated and well-organized
5. Smart, Outgoing;
6. Fluent English and Cantonese speaking;
7. Able to handle multi task and patient
