CSR Auditor (Trainee), 社会责任评审员Job Description (Fresh graduates‘applications are welcomed. 欢迎应届生申请此工作岗位)Position Description:职位说明A professional and motivated person to conduct labor compliance assessments in China.The primary responsibilities wouldinclude the following: 此岗位为专业社会责任评审员，主要工作职责包括：Undertake labor compliance assessments in a factory setting to determine compliance with local laws and specificclient expectations; 根据国外客户要求去供应链工厂进行合规，合法性评审工作。Provide comprehensive reports according to Elevate (formelry Levelworks ) and client protocols and timelines;按照客户和公司的标准及时间要求完成和提交综合性评审报告Maintain knowledge of Elevate (formerly Levelworks) labor compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.维护，完善和更新公司社会责任审核的程序及其参照的相关法律法规文库Qualifications:资格要求：High level of integrity and honesty; 高度的诚实和廉正Relevant educational background or 1 year of relevant industry experience;相关的教育学科背景如（法律，哲学，管理，社会学，劳动保障，环境工程等学科）或1年以上同行业工作背景。Fluent in local language(s) (written and spoken); 良好的英文能力，读写优秀。Proficiency in written English (includes exam);Good attitude, strong presentation skills, and high degree of maturity;成熟稳重，良好的工作态度及表现能力Ability to work independently; 能独立开展评审工作Ability to undertake extensive local travel. 能适应频繁出差Fresh graduates'applications are welcomed. 欢迎应届生申请此工作岗位Location: 工作地点Shenzhen Hangzhou, China 深圳，杭州，广州，上海Compensation:工资报酬Based on experience & background. Compensation will include incentives for business relationship growth (bonus, etc.), fullbenefits, and a salary based on candidate experience and background.具体薪水依据应征者个人经验背景而定，公司提供除基本工资以外的出差补贴，按服务期限比例发放的第13个月薪水和1 到2 个月工资的年度奖金以及一年10到15天的带薪年休假。一经录用即提供系统的工作培训以掌握相关工作程序和要求。Reporting Line:Reports directly to Supervisors
