职责：

. 新封装产品开发（Memory,LSI）

. 封装技术及流程开发

. 制定开发计划，阅读设计图纸，潜在危险分析，设计实验（DOE）并进行试验， 总结并提交实验报告。

. 与生产法人的各个部门紧密协作，按照规定的开发流程，确保通过新产品品质验证并推进成功进入量产

. 与三星韩国本社沟通，量产各部门沟通以解决开发过程中所有问题点。

要求:

. 半导体领域1~2年工作经验，有封装工程相关经验者优先

. 机械工程，材料科学，物理，化学，电子，微电子等专业，本科及以上学历

. 积极，独立，具有良好的沟通能力

. 具有一定的抗压能力及限定时间内完成工作的能力

. 流利的英语或韩语

Responsibility:

New package product development（Memory, LSI）.

Package technology and Packaging Process Development.

Responsible for making development planning(schedule, material, equipment, investment etc), Reviewing drawing, setting up DOE plan and performing DOE, summarizing DOE result and submitting DOE report.

Collaborate tightly with all related departments of production plant to pass the internal qualification and put the new product into mass production successfully according to standard developing procedure.

Communicate with Samsung Korea and related departments of production plant to solve any possible problems during developing.

Requirements:

1~2 year experienced Persons in semiconductor package or assembly engineering background are preferred.

BS, MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry,Electrical Engineering, Micro-electronics etc.

Initiative, independent and good communication skill

Able to work under high pressure and time limitation

Fluent in English or Korean

职位2:Package Simulation Engineer（力学模拟工程师）

工作地：苏州

职责:

. 使用有限元分析软件计算封装器件中的线性和非线性应力, 应变, 和翘曲变形

. 开发新的热和力学分析技术，以预测封装器件级或者系统级的设计风险，并在此基础上优化设计

. 开发新的热和力学分析技术，以提高模拟精度和模拟效率

. 使用模流分析预测wire sweep和mold void问题，并据此提供最优化的封装结构和模具设计

. 对别的经验不足的力学模拟工程师提供指导和培训

要求：

. 本科/硕士学历或以上，机械工程/力学工程，或材料科学专业

. 在热力学模拟领域超过2年以上的工作经验

. 能熟练使用3D建模工具，和热力学模拟软件/有限元分析软件（比如Abaqus, ANSYS, etc.）

. 熟悉半导体封装流程，和板级可靠性测试方法

. 在流体力学上有丰富经验者更佳

. 优秀的团队领导才能

. 优秀的人际沟通能力

. 英语口语表达能力良好者优先

Responsibility:

. Responsible for calculating linear and non-linear stress, strain and deflection/warpage in package using FEA software

. Develop new thermal and mechanical analysis techniques to predict package/system level design risk and optimize design

. Develop new thermal and mechanical analysis techniques to improve the simulation work efficiency and accuracy

. Mold flow analysis to forecast wire sweep and mold void and provide optimized package structure and tooling design before design signoff

. Train junior mechanical simulation engineers

Requirement:

. BS/MS degree or above, in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science

. Over 2 years of experience in thermal-mechanical simulation area.

. Skilled in 3D modeling tools and mechanical/thermal simulation with FEA softwares, such as Abaqus, ANSYS, etc.

. Familiar with semiconductor packaging and assembly manufacturing, board level reliability methods

. Solid knowledge on fluid mechanics is prefered

. Good leading skill

. Strong communication skill

. Fluent English speakers are preferred
