Ocean Robin Shipping Holding as one of the biggest dry-bulk local chartering broker house in China together with our strategic partner Lightship Chartering A/S(ww***com[点击查看]) are currently looking for Shipping Trainees with job start in July 2014.
The goal of the shipping trainee program is to become either Chartering broker or Post fixture at Ocean Robin Shipping Holding Beijing office. The program is an intensive two-years program consisting of both a practical an d theoretical part, it is most likely after graduated from the 1st stage in Beijing around 8-15 months, the qualified trainee may transfer to Chartering Department to gain han ds-on experience to further improve shipping skills in either Beijing or Lightship abroad offices.

1、Minimum a bachelor degree from a maritime university with excellent results, preferably in business or shipping related majors;
2、Fluent in English;
3、Clear an d articulate communicator with excellent written an d verbal skills;
4、Must possess excellent interpersonal skills;
5、Must be proactive, open-minded;
6、Strong personality, inquisitive an d have the courage to challenge yourself in new area;
7、Individual must be a self-starter with the ability to perform in high pressure an d dynamic situations;
8、Flexible approach to work an d ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
9、Strong work ethic an d Customer centered;
10、Excellent PC skills utilizing Microsoft office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel an d PowerPoint);
11、Preferably have experience from overseas or onboard vessels.
