招聘职位：DH Research Associate/Manager单倍体育种项目助理/经理

注：此职位先期为单倍体项目助理，培养方向为单倍体育种项目经理。

Main Responsibilities:

? The Doubled Haploid (DH) project manager will be a main contributor to developing DH technology in support of our maize research programs. In our business practice, DH project manager work closely with breeders in an aim to establish an efficient DH production system which is also adaptive to local environments.

? The DH project manager will follow the procedures for DH production handling, and be responsible for the day-to-day greenhouse/tunnel/field operations, incl. planting, irrigation, pest control, pollination, data collection, etc. In addition, he/she will take charge of hiring, organizing and supervising the work of both full-time and seasonal employees, and ensure all work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

? The DH project manager should provide regular progress update and analysis to management, communicate with Limagrain Global/Asia DH team in project planning, innovation, quality control and other related aspects.

? This position will require extended hours during peak periods, as well as travels.

Qualifications

? Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field is required, or equivalent level of relevant education and experience. Have at lest 1 to 3 years' DH breeding experiences is preferred.
? Attention to details and willing to work in the field.
? The ability to work efficiently under a deadline.
? Able to work independently and as a team with good communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
? Capable of communicating effectively in English.
? Be competent with computer software programs including Microsoft Office.
