DaHui Lawyers is seeking exceptional students to join us for internship opportunities in our
Beijing office with the object of potentially returning after graduation to become associates.
DaHui Lawyers is a PRC law firm committed to practicing law at international standards. DaHui

Interns at DaHui Lawyers will be exposed to a wide range of practice areas, including Capital
Markets, Compliance, Corporate and M&A, Inbound Investment, Intellectual Property, Litigation
and Arbitration, and Outbound Investment. We operate on an open-project basis, and all interns
will have the chances to learn real experience and contribute to our clients’ matters according to
their talents and capabilities.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with exceptional academic performance and who fit the following
profile:
? 2015 graduation (Masters, Undergraduate, LLM, etc.)
? Available to work full time for 3-6 month internship
? Pursuing career in private legal practice
? English proficiency
? PRC bar preferred
