Responsible for utilities & production equipments automatic control system maintenance to provide efficient and effective technical transformation and maintenance service to ensure reliable utility media supply to the plant support the core business process of manufacturing and supply of Taizhou Supply Site. 负责并配合公用工程及生产设备自控系统维修，通过提供及时有效的技术改造和维修服务，确保公用工程介质的可靠供应，以支持泰州工厂的制造及供应核心业务流程。

Utility operation and maintenance management of automatic engineering自动化控制领域公用工程系统的运行/维修管理 Being familiar with design, system, equipment through design document awareness, on job training or training conducted by vendors 通过对设计文件的阅读和学习，通过参与项目的及供应商提供的培训，熟悉设计方案，系统及设备 Ensure the correctness of all utility as-built drawings through design drawing review and construction site monitoring通过设计图纸的阅读以及项目现场的核对确保项目竣工图的准确性 Takeover all equipment files delivered together with equipment, like operation/maintenance manual, design drawings.从设备供应商处接手保管所有的文件，例如操作维护手册，设计文件等 Establish factory automation control system operation/maintenance management system before handover of the project 项目交接前建立工厂自动化控制系统的运行/维修管理系统 Set up maintenance workshop, set up spare part management system, set up spare part storage and basic stock to ensure utility operation建立维修间，建立备件管理系统，设立备件存储间及基本备件库存，确保公用工程的运行 Automation control system daily management, including backup the key parameters, daily operation/maintenance management, fault processing, spare parts plan, etc.; Provide technical support to the production and other departments, to ensure production and laboratory equipment reliable ; Assist HVAC engineer to optimize system operation mode, to ensure the efficiency and reliability自控系统的日常管理，包括系统及关键参数的备份，日常运行/维修管理，故障处理，备件计划等；为生产等部门提供技术支持，以确保生产及实验室设备的可靠运行；协助暖通工程师优化暖通空调系统的运行模式，确保其运行的经济性和可靠性 Set up the maintenance strategy of the automation control system, develop and carry out preventive maintenance plan制订自动控制系统的维修策略，制订并开展预防性维修计划 Assist calibration engineer to check the instrument协助校验工程师进行工厂仪器仪表的校验 SOPs are ready for maintenance before project handover 项目交接前确保相关的SOP已经批准 Media supply KPI in place介质供应KPI All equipment files takeover are well kept, correctness of as-built drawing 设备资料的完整性, 竣工图的正确性 Maintenance workshop is in place before project handover 项目交接前建立维修间 Maintenance spare part storage room is ready, spare part s are stored for daily utility operation before project handover项目交接前完成备件存储间的建立，并确保公用工程运行所需的基本备件已存储
