For more information, please click here: ww***com[点击查看]Title of Position Associate Operation-Intermodal Purpose To provide Intermodal export service along the YTZ River except Taicang or Chengdu in a timely and cost-efficient manner by collaborating with internal functions and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage barge, truck service for inland ports along Yangtze River except Taichang and Chengdu in a cost effective manner. Facilitate barge and mother vessel connection at Shanghai port. Expedite electronic data interchange system implementation at inland ports along Yangtze River. Evaluate the suppliers performance regularly. Coordinate to collect 3rd party repair cost from customer. Continuously assists in developing and reviewing existing work processes/procedures and where possible pursue automatic solutions to increase internal productivity and efficiency as well as externally with other departments, seek for cost saving solutions. Organize Intermodal related reports, analyze the result and submit the improvement plan. Vendor invoice check and system update based on FACT SOP. Backup within INT team and accomplish other tasks delegated by Nanjing operation manager. Knowledge and Skills Required Good time management. Vast personal and professional challenges in team-oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic electronic data interchange knowledge Position Specification: Live up with the company values. Be a great team player, initiative, highly motivated and self-driven. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Be very result oriented ensuring goals are reached without fail. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin. Bachelor degree or its equivalent.
