Customer Service Coordinator 1-2
Accountability:
1. Report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL;
2. Coordinater with other team members to provide the best customer service to our customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to , regular contact with customers, complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input;
3. Responsible to review the performance of yourself and a proper monthly report will be formulated for your regular reporting;
4. Ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our custormers.
Requirements:
1. University degree, preferably in logistics/transportation fields;
2. CET-4, good command of both oral and written English;
3. Good knowledge in MS applications;
4. Self-motivated, customer-driven, with excellent communication skills.
