我公司现招聘实习生，具体要求为：

1. 大学在读学生

2. 注重细节，按流程办事，并按时完成工作任务

3. 优秀的英语和汉语水平

4. 优秀的人际沟通能力

5. 熟练使用office软件

工作职责：

1. 协助公司的日常管理和后勤工作

2. 协助NSC的数据库和联系人库建设

3. 协助进行市场调查及撰写项目材料

实习薪资将根据工作方式有所不同（兼职或全职）。最短实习期限为6个月，表现优异者可入职成为正式员工。

We are currently looking for individuals who are interested in doing an internship with Next Step China for at least six (6) months, with an opportunity to work with us full time in the future. We want individuals who are:

1. Graduating Students (Last semester) or Current Students

2. Tasks, Process and Detail Oriented

3. Excellent knowledge of English and Mandarin (HSK 4 and above)

4. Excellent inter-personal skills

5. Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Regular tasks include:

1. Assist in making all necessary logistical and management arrangements for the prompt and effective implementation of planned activities, company visits, company partnerships, tours and other arrangements for clients

2. Assist in the building of NSC databases and contacts

3. Assist in the research, conceptualization, design and production of program materials

Compensation will depend on the type of internship (part time or full time). Minimum is 6 months. There is an opportunity to be hired if your performance exceeds our expectations after your internship.
