CARA SHIPPING PTE LIMITED is a large dry bulk Ships Company headquartered in Singapore, which founded in July 28, 2009 with registered capital of 50,000,000 dollars. The company relies on the congenital and acquired advantages of Singapore unique geographical location and the international shipping center, operating and managing more than 10 large dry bulk ships with total carrying capacity of more than 2,000,000 tons deadweight. Since May of 2010, the company has been enjoying Singapore port and MPA s "international shipping company authorized project" (AIS) membership.

日照凯瑞海事服务有限公司注册在山东省日照市,是新加坡船东和新加坡管理公司所属的国内船舶技术和船员服务公司。

Cara Rising Maritime Service Pte. Ltd is maritime technology and ship manning Service Company affiliated to Cara shipping Pte. Ltd. and Stella ship management Pte Ltd with Registry address in RiZhao City of Shandong province, the People Republic of China.

新加坡船东和管理公司目前运营12条船，其中11条为17 18万载重吨的CAPE SIZE船型，另有一条为巴拿马极限型船舶。公司近期又陆续有两条81600吨的新船于上海外高桥下水。除此之外，船东公司已经签署了未来三年的新造船合同16艘，基本上是17 18万载重吨的CAPE SIZE散货船和25万载重吨的矿砂船，都将于2016年10月前交付，届时船队规模将达到至少三十条船。总吨位500万吨。

Singapore owners and Management Company currently operate 12 ships, 11 of which are 17 180,000 DWT CAPE SIZE ships, while the rest is one Panama Max size ship. This year additional 2 new ship with 81600 tons DWT will join our fleet. Beside mentioned above, the owner has signed 16 new ships contract for the next three years and almost of them are CAPE SIZE and 250,000 DWT ore ship, all the new ships to be delivered by middle of 2016, then the fleet will expand and reach to at least 30 ships by that time with the total Gross Tonnage of excessive 50,00,000.

1. 船舶技术和船员业务咨询： 为Stella船舶管理公司的船舶提供技术支持和为船员提供优质服务

Ship technical provider and crew business consulting：Provide Stella Ship Management Company sufficient technical support and provide qualified service for the crew.

2. 船舶物料备件供应：通过本公司完善的全球服务网络，为船舶提供及时迅捷的一站式物料和备件供应服务以及后续跟踪服务。

Supply service of ship s stores and spares: Relying on the comprehensive service network within worldwide range, we provide all clients one stop supplying service of ship s stores and spares in timely and rapidly manner, as well as the following up service.

船 员招 聘 条 件 要 求：

1. 年龄在18周岁以上，地区不限

2. 大专以上学历，实习三副/三管、电机员，

3. CET-4级以上。此外英语成绩需通过国家海事局组织的 中华人民共和国海船船员适任考试和评估 的全国统一考试。具备基本的英语对话能力。

4. 有责任心和上进心，服务意识好、综合素质强的优秀学生优先考虑。

5. 身体健康状况符合国家海事局规定的海员体检标准。

6. 毕业时能通过国家海事局相应的职务证书的考试，按时取得院校毕业证书

报 名 程 序

1、 与学生达成初步意向，签署《应届生就业意向书》。

2、 与录用学生正式签定就业协议。

3、 通知新招学生按时报到，组织体检，确认身体状况是否符合规定要求，对于不符合规定要求的学生予以退回。

4、 经公司面试体检合格后，需上交身份证正反面复印件2张，毕业证原件及复印件，近期2寸免冠彩色照片6张。整理所有学生材料并建立学生档案，安排学生上船见习；

公 司 福 利 待 遇

船员报名时与公司签定《船员上船协议》，受国家法律保护。船员工资主要组成：基本工资、休假薪、固定加班费、此外还有特殊补贴，满约奖金、返船奖金，额外加班费等。实习生工资为150 200USD。船员在船工作期间的人身意外伤害险，由船东为船员投保。由船东根据国际公约与保险公司或船东互保协会商定。有长期工作意向的船员，可与公司签订长期劳动合同，公司按照国家和当地政府规定参加社会保险，为船员办理养老、工伤、失业、医疗、生育、住房公积金等社会保险手续，并承担代扣代缴社会保险义务。船员在船实习或工作期间，患病或因工负伤，其医疗费及医疗期间的费用由船东承担。船员因在船工作实习，由公司负担的实习期培训费用；
