Title:

Antenna Engineer

Report to:

R&D Manager

Purpose of Job:

Interface with other facilities and OEM s to design and produce new products. Offer design changes and enhancements to improve the performance of our current product line. Work closely with production to insure the manufacturability of all designs.

Major Responsibilities And Authority:

*Design and co-develop new designs with OEM s for the wireless marketplace.

*Work closely with mechanical engineering and production on current and new product

development.

*Establish quality standards with the quality department for new product as well as mature

product.

*Provide technical advice whenever it is needed.

*Be responsible for developing China design department and establishment relevant

measurement capabilities staying within a specified budget.

*Be responsible for making improvements and enhancements to improve materials, performance,

manufacturability, and measurement techniques.

*Help sourcing department and purchasing department with new material purchases and

development new vendors.

*Work together with production and quality departments to insure smooth production flow.

Experience Required:

*Good understanding of RF technology and material properties is essential.

*Must have strong quality and engineering skills on GPS antenna or base station antenna.

Knowledge s Skills And Abilities:

*Must sense the opportunities and be willing to utilize skills to promote company

prosperity.

*Be able to organize workflow, solve problems by careful analysis, and maintain high standards.

*Must be self-motivated, proactive, able to work on team , and have good written and verbal .

skills.

*Must analyze situations wisely and take positive action to reach goals and high efficiency levels.

Education:

Microwave in Doctor Degree.
