【职位需求】
职位名称：助理软件测试工程师（Test Engineer, Associate）

职位描述：
1、Performs entry-level software testing tasks including, test case generation, test execution an d anomaly reporting. Characterizes issues an d works with developers to ensure the issues are understood. Entry-level position in Test Engineering, operating under direct supervision;
2、Functional:Performs routine product testing utilizing existing test collateral an d test cases, reporting on problems enＣountered an d documenting test results for follow-up.Continually develops knowledge an d understan ding of software testing practices.
Expan ds knowledge of software development processes. Researches situations an d seeks input from subject matter experts to ensure fact-based recommendations an d decisions are being made during all phases of product development.Utilizes automated test tools an d methods to ensure appropriate functional coverage is attained;
3、Leadership：Completes work with integrity an d ethics.Takes responsibility for continuous development an d performance;provides an d asks for performance feedback.Develops effective working relationships with other team members.Demonstrates acＣountability for completing work assignments; meeting commitments an d deadlines;
4、Interpersonal：Demonstrates excellent written an d verbal communication skills.Is able to productively influence an d negotiate successfully where there are opposing ideas.Is able to make informal presentations to small groups regarding specific technical topics;
5、Business：Adheres to policies an d procedures relating to stan dards of business conduct, ethics, an d conflicts of interest an d completes annual training in same.

职位要求：
1、Education Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing);
2、Experience Requirements:None required, co-op positions or internship in software development or testing desired.
