Following up the Customer needs and the change of needs. 2. To work in the daily basis with the customers. 3. According to the customer needs and Strategic Plan of the company, make the production plan, check the buffer stock and work with the production and quality to reach the plan. 4. Make operations in the ERP system regarding the Customer information, customer order and necessary declaration and delivery operations. 5. To work with the sub-contract of the company regarding the needs, planning of production. 6. Reporting of Service rate of the customer with the monthly basis. 7. o realize the production control, make the alert and recovery plans for any deviation of production comparing the planning. 8. Management of the MRP meeting organization and action plans follow up. Qualifications: Fluent spoken English and good at writing.
