岗位要求：

You are going to play a crucial role in this position, acting as the second CPU core of the General Manager to help deal with senior management in Maticline. If you turn out to be an excellent leader with sound industrial engineering background after working with us for 3-4 years, it is highly possible for you to take the lead as a whole then. What do you need to do:1. Perform orientation and other business trainings for overseas sales and technical teams independently.2. Help to improve clients'production efficiency and factory operation by providing tailor-made manufacturing management system integrating personnel, materials and energy.3. Select and conduct business negotiation and cooperation meetings with suppliers world while.4. Work out project investment scheme based on clients'overall demands and be able to develop new industrial projects in a certain field mainly on your own.5. Handle other businesses assigned by General Manager. Requirements for application:1. B.S Degree in Industrial Engineering. At least CET-6 with fluent English speaking, listening and writing skills.2. Be extensively interested in the work mentioned. Be persevering for professionalism and thirsty for knowledge.3. Critical leader & strategic thinker. Be able to travel a lot globally.4. Be proficient at CAD and Solidworks with factory layout designing.5.
