Title: HR Intern
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities:
1.Dealing with employees' qualifications and certifications;
2.Inputting, updating and archiving data in HR database;
3.Assisting HR transaction team on document collection and distribution.
4.Supporting employees contacts on data collection, eg, OT, leave reports.
Qualifications:
1.Education background: college or above;
2.Working period: 3~4 days per week; can last 6+ months preferred
4.Computer skill: skilled in MS office/outlook, Excel;
5.Language ability: Good written and oral skills both in Chinese and English;
6.Others: good team work skill and communication skill;
