We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant in our Shanghai business for our Engineering and Manufacturing discipline and welcome top notch and motivated candidates to join.

Job Description

China is indeed one of our main focus in terms of future growth, and we need top notch business development talent to help to expand quicker our client le and penetrate deeper into the market. This is a highly challenging and fast pace environment where the senior management team will provide training, development and support in order to help you to reach your targets as quick as possible. You can work as an individual contributer or develop into a team leader and future management team.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years working experience, preferably in recruitment, sales, or even in engineering or manufacturing roles. You should have great communication skills, excellent English and fluent Chinese. Sensible, logical and able to deliver information in concise manner, we are seeking people who are ambitious and driven and who wish to build a career rather than take a job. Candidates (returnees, ABCs, locals) with a Western mindset who can fit into the straightforward and Western culture of the company are highly desired.
