Operation Assistant (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for a young, dynamic and enterprising individual that is willing to work in a challenging and competitive environment. The chosen candidate will have an opportunity to learn about operation management in a US listed real estate development firm.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for administration of all operation contracts including equipment maintenance agreement, property service contract, insurance policy.

Assist to do operation analysis for our China portfolio

Coordinate with internal departments like finance, legal and site team on all operation matters.

Secretarial support to manager including calendar management, travel logistic arrangement, claims management, meeting minutes.

Office administration for the asset management department

Any other administrative work assigned by the manager

Requirements:

University degree in accounting or relevant disciplines.

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Good attitude to learn on the job

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer software skills in MS Office suite

Ability to work well under pressure.

Dedicated team player that is flexible and adaptable to change.
