Support Operation Planning activities:
n Resource Planning
n Organization restructure
n Process Re-engineering
n KPIs
Support asset management activities
Support CTS TopWL Communication improvement - Definition of channel, implementation, meetings
Support Team Assistant: meeting arrangement, invitation letter
Support ISO Audit / customer Audit
Qualifications
Top tier university preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills required
Good in English
Fast learning skills
Pro-active attitude
Disciplined and integrity
Location ：Beijing PRC
