Operation/IT Clerk

Requirement:

Hukou - Qingdao Native

Degree Bachelor or above

English Skill - CET 4 or above

Working Experience No limited

Job Description:

1. Invoice processing Coordinator: Checking data of invoice and process it

2. Vessel trip account processing coordinator & double check

3. Per Diem system Maintenance

4. Ability to accept flexible work time (Occasional OT work and business traveling)

5. Implement and enhance IT infrastructure to standardize the system

6. Implement software application / desktop software, apply latest antivirus / windows patch to avoid the damage of the system.

7. Work on the windows user administration for the user manager

8. Work on weekend maintenance support (PC migration, notebook / desktop setup, cabling / relocation) for the time saving.
