Position:
Assistant Designer助理设计师 (Design Strategy Team)

Responsibility:
1、竞争企业和行业的设计趋势研究：搜集和分析竞争企业及行业新闻动态，发布"每周聚焦"（创新设计中心&用户研究中心）
2、协助Team成员的日常工作：项目材料的搜集整理（PPT\设计版等）
3、支持经理的日常工作：出差准备、会议安排、时间管理等

1.competition, Industry & Design Trends Research Collect and analyze competitor & industry news, release "Weekly Industry Focus" brief to whole design &UE team
2.Assist team members work Prepare project materials (ppt, design board, print etc.)
3.Assist manager daily work arrange travel, meeting, book taxi, etc

Specific skills：
1、本科及以上工业\产品设计领域相关专业
2、具备广泛搜集信息的能力，创造力和创新能力强，对创新设计有较好的领悟能力
3、英语口语能力，写作能力强，通过CET6
4、软件能力：Office\ Photoshop\illustrator
5、工作主动性强、有热情，态度积极勤奋，抗压性强，沟通能力强

1.Bachelor's degree in industrial/productor other relevant design area
2.Able to collect and understand wide-ranging technical, creative and business understanding
3.Language skills: fluency in spoken and written English
4.Software skill: Office, Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
5.Personality: Passionate, pro-active, Positive attitude, diligent, flexible, cope with high pressure, working with high deadline, multitasking, good communication skills (not just language, but actually talk...), interested in design, culture and our industry in general
