Main Responsibilities:

- Perform the candidates' resumes screening, deliver the first round interviews
- Coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring manager and hr business partner
- Follow up with recruitment process,
- Daily admin for HR team;
- Other at hoc tasks;

主要职责

- 简历筛选，执行第一轮面试
- 协调直线经理和部门HR安排面试
- 跟进员工入职流程
- 人力资源部的日常行政工作
- 其他相关工作

Requirement:

- Fluent English in both speaking and writing, capable of English working environment
- Can work at least 4 days every week
- Communicate effectively, diligent, hard working
- Willingness to motivate and support other team members
- Careful and pay attention to the details

要求

- 每周最少可工作4天，连续半年。
-英语口语、写作流利，可在英语工作环境工作
-善于沟通，勤奋，努力工作
- 具备团队合作精神
- 细心、注意细节
