Job Title Industrial Trainee-Bazhou 工业培训生 （霸州） Location Bazhou 河北霸州

Report toPlatform or Function

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB

l Understand production process l Know about balance calculation methods (energy mass balance) in production process l Know about chemical characters, such as phosphor, alkali etc. l Understand quality standard and key indicators of production control l Know about essential content about equipment & machines management, including but not limited to daily maintenance plan, annual maintenance, equipment filing, maintenance of key equipment & machines l Know about all kinds of reports used in production activities l Understand management policies in plant l Understand SHE management system l Understand Food Safety system: HACCP, GMP, etc. l Willing to be based in relatively less developed areas such as Bazhou, Sanyuan. Zhangjiagang and etc. l 了解工业生产工艺流程 l 了解工业流程中物料的平衡计算 l 了解相关化学性质，例如磷酸、碱等 l 了解工业产品质量标准及生产控制关键指标 l 了解设备及机械管理的主要内容，如日常维护保养计划、大修计划、设备档案、关键设备维护等 l 了解工业生产过程中所需要的相关报表 l 了解工厂管理所需要的相关制度 l 了解安全、职业健康及环境管理体系 l 了解食品安全体系，如HACCP及GMP等 l 愿意在发展相对不那么发达的地区（如河北霸州、陕西三原及江苏张家港等）工作

Must l 4th year undergraduate and 2nd year postgraduate students. l Majored in Food Nutrition and Safety, Food Science and Engineering (chemical and mechanical) l 大学四年级和研究生二年级的学生l 食品营养与安全、食品科学、化工、机械工程专业
