1 实习生(顾问助理实习) Intern(Researcher Intern)

实习生（欢迎大四学生加入，表现优秀可以留任） 、

职责：
学习Researcher的基本工作：根据职位要求寻找和联络候选人，筛选简历，协助咨询顾问完成项目。
整理简历及翻译文件。
配合团队其它必要的工作。

要求：
1，目前在读全日制本科大四，市区大学优先考虑
2，有实习经验
3，良好的交流沟通能力，愿意花时间和精力学习新知识；
4，性格和善，诚实，学习和领悟能力强

2 Researcher

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions.

2. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries.

3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates.

4. Arrange face to face interview between candidates.

5. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements.

6. Be responsible for conducting paper work.

7. Data entry and maintain database.

8. Get involved in other relevant responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with good written and spoken English.

2. Fresh graduates or 1 year working experience

3. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent.

4. Open-minded, good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Comfortable on the phone and like to make cold calls.

6. Able to work under pressure, optimistic and passionate, smart and willing to learn.

7. Strong business sense and information collecting skills.

8. Good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management.

岗位职责：

1、 在主管/顾问指导下通过各种方法（人才库，网站，Cold Call等）完成候选人搜寻工作；

2、 向候选人介绍职位及拿到简历；

3、 安排候选人与顾问面试；

4、 协助顾问安排候选人到客户处面试；

5、 整理猎取总结,总结和完善猎取方法；

7、 把所有客户信息、职位信息、猎取总结与候选人简历等资料整理进入公司系统。

1、 熟练运用互联网及办公自动化；

2、 主动性强，勤奋，有创造性的思维；

3、 良好的沟通能力以及亲和力；

4、 责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
