Application Support Engineer and Technic Sales Representative Position

at DSI Shanghai Office

　　Data Sciences International, Inc. (“DSI”) is a global leader in experimental animal physiological monitoring solutions for biomedical and pharmaceutical research (ww***com[点击查看]). Our customers include multinational pharmaceutical companies, CROs, research institutions, and universities worldwide. Our company headquarters is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, U.S.A., and DSI has a China office, located at 780 Cailun Road (near Halei Road), Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Pudong, Shanghai. We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer and two Technic Sales Representatives that will provide customer Support and Sales to DSI Shanghai Office and DSI’s Asia Pacific business.

　　Application Support Engineer

　　The main responsibilities for this position are as follows:

　　· Provide customer application support to Mainland China.

　　· Good at Life Science Equipment including Hardware, Software, Animal Survival Surgery.

　　· Provide Customer training (on-site and Remote)

　　· Provide marketing/inside sales support as needed

　　The job candidate needs to meet the following criteria:

　　· has a bachelor’s or above degree (Master is preferred) in science or engineering (bioscience/medical science preferred)

　　· Physiology/Pharmacology/Toxicology background is preferred

　　· must have good English skills. Minimum requirement CET 6.

　　· good work ethics, good communication skills, and willingness to learn are expected

　　· good computer skill. Familiar w/ Microsoft Office usage.

　　Technic Sales Representative

　　The main responsibilities for this position are as follows:

　　· Conduct sales activities for new and existing customers for the Greater China region

　　· Prospect new customers in the assigned territory

　　· Provide initial after-sale installation and customer training

　　· Provide sales-related service and solution to customers

　　· Communicate effectively both in Chinese and in English (English communication with DSI’s internal groups)

　　The job candidate needs to meet the following criteria:

　　· Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Biopharma, Bioengineering or pharmacology related;

　　· Sales experience in biomedical industry and working experience with international company are preferred

　　· Good communication skills

　　· Must have good English skills; Minimum requirement CET 4, CET6 preferred

　　· Proficient computer skills

　　· Ability to travel frequently
