This programme was designed to develop the future leaders of our business. If you re passionate about getting the best out of the people and resources around you, then this is one opportunity you don t want to ignore.

Every Leadership Programme is made up of two distinct parts. Part one typically lasts 18 months and consists of a series of six-month attachments, at least one of which will be overseas. Once you ve proven yourself as a potential future leader, you ll enter part two of the programme, during which you ll be given more responsibility and autonomy, and undertake up to two 18-24 month mission-critical posts.

Your individual performance and progress will determine how quickly you reach your leadership role.

Graduate Leadership Programme Human Resources

HR plays a critical role in supporting the business agenda of organizational change and transformation. Getting it right means we can build our capability in a way that s aligned with our objectives and the challenges we face.

Whether you take on a business partner role in a particular area or work within our centers of excellence, you ll develop in-depth knowledge and skills through on-the-job learning, training modules and project work, with mentoring from a senior manager.

Expect to work across Europe, North America and Asia as you study towards accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or regional equivalent.

Minimum of a second-upper class Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Strong pre-university academic record

Must be globally mobile

Previous demonstrated leadership experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Previous relevant work experience desirable (e.g. internships in HR)

Areas of interest and some level of achievement in sports team, professional membership, model building, languages, charity/voluntary work desirable

Experience of having lived, worked or studied in another country would be advantageous

Ability to speak a language other than English would be advantageous

Professional Excellence Programme - Manufacturing Engineering Purchasing

Our Manufacturing Engineers play a key role in developing and continuously improving the world-class processes that allow us to manufacture, assemble and maintain our products. Using a wide range of lean and process improvement tools, they help to ensure we deliver our customers' requirements.

You will be working within the Rolls-Royce Purchasing team, acting as the technical authority in support of the supply chain. You will work with and develop your suppliers to ensure their methods of manufacture are both stable and capable to ensure continuity of supply. You will be responsible for identifying and facilitating improvements to both the manufactured products and relevant manufacturing processes.

Minimum of a second-upper class Bachelor degree in Engineering

Strong pre-university academic record

Must be globally mobile

Previous demonstrated leadership experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Previous relevant work / Internship experience will be advantageous

Ability to speak a language other than English will be advantageous
