RPO specialist-苏州

Position Brief:

Identifying Names 80%, Business support 20%

Searching candidates in different channels to enrich database continuously, regularly updating talent pool, work with team member selecting suitable candidate in the database to match job order requirement and follow up the whole recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

- Consistently drive to learn your Line of Business and the BRecruit business model;

- Write and post jobs for the team and maintain the job boards and websites;

- Assist your team in their work related tasks. Ensure your team is organized for all their daily work needs including having candidate form ready, maps to meeting places, blind resumes;

- Collect and screen CVs according to job description and requirements from clients;

- Present profiles to the Career Advisor to further justify the candidates;

- Building-up, enriches and updates the talents database;

- Other responsibilities assigned by team leader;

- Keep a good relation with candidates. Regularly warm up with candidates to keep posted of their updates in career life.

Requirements：

Bachelor degree or above, 211 university is preferred;

Well organized company is preferred;

CET-6, Good command of written & reading English, oral is preferred.

Skillful in MS office;

Competencies：

Pro-active, detail-oriented;

Dare to meet challenges and conquer difficulties, with drive to achieve target;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Have sense of responsibility, have discipline;

Passion for the recruitment industry
