The market research staff person at IPC China will work closely with the market research group at IPC headquarters in the USA and will report to the director of market research. Duties and Goals:1. Recruit Chinese companies to participate in IPC statistical programs, increasing the number of participating companies each year.2. Maintain communications with the Chinese participating companies, providing them with information and support as needed.3. Act as liaison with Chinese participating companies to collect their quarterly and annual surveys.4. Retain the active participation of Chinese companies in the programs.5. Translate English surveys and reports into Chinese.6. Develop a thorough knowledge of the IPC statistical programs and IPC policies governing data confidentiality.7. Develop a basic understanding of IPC's member industries and the electronics interconnect supply chain. Skill Set:1. Excellent English-language proficiency as well as excellent communication skills in Chinese.2. Sales skills.3.
