Management Trainee - Sales

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Overview

TE Enterprise is looking for a "management trainee" who may report to Sales Director directly. The MT is expected to have long-term development in TE to take a management role.

TE provides a job rotation opportunity to help facilitate the growth and development, which will last 1~3 years based on business needs. The rotation path can be as following: Marketing/BD (1 yr) -> Customer Service/Supply Chain(8 mths) -> Product Management (1 yr).

Requirements

- Studuents who will graduate in 2012

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering major

- Good oral & written English

- Good communication skills

- Good analytical skills
