职位具体描述

Position 1: Junior Business Analyst 初级业务分析员

Job Responsibility:

Effective and sensitive management of the relationship with the client.

Provide consulting on business strategy, e.g. Basel II core applications, includes but not limited to acquisition, account management, collection, Advanced Basel applications (risk based pricing, economic capital, performance measurement, provision, capital allocation, etc) and business process consulting

Effective co-ordination of all work undertaken for particular client(s) by the division

Management of client expectations, at a high level in the client organization, as to product capabilities and delivery time.

Job Requirement：

Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research or Mathematics

Possess basic programming skills and knowledge about statistical software such as SAS, SAS E-Miner, SPSS, S-plus, R.

Experienced in MS Office Suite.

Demonstrate the ability of writing and presenting in both English and Chinese

Good communication skills, presentation and documentation skills is a must

Position 2 : Business System Analyst 业务系统分析师

Job Responsibility:

Needs to Learn SDS quickly and be able to configure the detailed work within SDS.

Needs to Learn PRS, reporting feature, it s design in data mart and the whole reporting suite quickly.

Perform data related work including data cleansing, gathering and analysis

Be able to understand programming languages and can be hands-on working on it.

Be able to support sales, make presentations to clients, facing and guide clients for next level opportunities.

Job Requirement:

Preferred majors in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, and Finance.

Ability to follow the logical thought process

Hard work and quick learn

Solid understating of data mart and MIS reporting.

Knowledge on Oracle and SQL, or equivalent database. SAS, SPSS, Clementine or equivalent.

Programming languages, Java, C , COBOL or equivalent.

Good communication skills

Good potential to be developed as client facing position.

Good command of written and spoken English

Position 3： Scoring Analyst 数据分析员

Job Responsibility:

Develop credit score for retail banking or other financial institutions in Asia Pacific.

Develop Basel II IRB solutions for retail banks in Asia Pacific.

Create documentation on analytic results in either English or Chinese.

Conduct strategy analysis and other ad hoc analysis relates to credit decision process.

Communicate with Experian consultants in Asia Pacific region to design, develop and deliver analytics to clients in AP.

Job Requirement：

Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research or Mathematics; A Graduate Degree in similar fields is strongly preferred.

Possess basic programming skills and knowledge about statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, S-plus, R.

Experienced in MS Office Suite.

Demonstrate the ability of writing and presenting in both English and Chinese. English proficiency level: CET 6 or equivalent.

Second foreign language is preferred: Japanese or Korean.

Position 4 ：Hitwise Online Research Consultant (Internship) 在线调研咨询员

The Hitwise Online Research Consultant s role is to work with the Hitwise team to manage the effective delivery of Experian Hitwise custom data from CI to support the needs of Custom Research, Client Development and New Business teams. He / she will also be expected to be a quick learner and team player.

Job Responsibility:

Support the internal data requirements from research team to proceed brand building and other key industry related marketing activities

Work slightly with the sales team and Research manager in the pre-sales project scoping process to understand client requirements

Work with the research team and account managers to carry out basic analysis using Hitwise and other Experian data sources

Collect share knowledge of the online market place with the Hitwise research and sales teams

Job Requirement：

Bachelor s degree majored in Statistics, Economics, Sociology or Marketing related.

Basic analytical skills.

Business writing capabilities.

Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Weekly and monthly reporting on projects
