Over RMB 10 billion assets under management, Safe Capital specializes in investing leading and mega-sized companies. From the projects in the pipeline, our fund size will be growing by RMB 10 billion annually, i.e. our fund size will exceed RMB 20 billion next year. Despite fast growing in business, Safe Capital keeps low profile as to respect the nature of private equity business and the confidentiality of investment strategies and details. We demonstrated our insights and expertise by closing the RMB 6 billion investment in Huadian Coal Industry Group, which will be one of the largest listing companies of Asia in coal mining industry. It also came with a record — the largest single Pre-IPO equity investment deal in China.

IV. Job Openings

1. Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Engaging actively in all stages of transaction executions, from pitching to closing

- Analyzing financial and operating information relating to target companies and industries

- Conducting due diligence on target companies

- Participating in deals structuring and potential legal issues resolving

- Building and maintaining financial models to value companies and depict investment returns

Qualifications:

- Top university graduates with outstanding academic performance

- Strong analytical skills

- Being self-motivated, results driven, ingenious and an excellent team player

- Willing to work long hours and travel frequently

- Working well under pressure and tight deadlines

2. Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Gathering and analyzing industry data to develop an industry-specific insights

- Conducting company specific financial analysis and industry analysis

- Compiling regular macroeconomics research reports

- Assessing relevant news events

- Working with Investment team to deliver in-depth analyses

Qualifications:

- Top university graduates with outstanding academic performance

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Possessing a keen research instinct and excellent problem-solving skills

- Being self-motivated, results driven, ingenious an excellent team player
