Role Description:
• Actively look for quality candidates for database enrichment
• Conduct phone / face-to-face interview based on structured Technical / Behavior questionnaires
• Introduce appropriate job orders to candidates
• Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates' career history, skills, interview comments etc.
• Follow-up candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding
• Work with Consultant closely, introduce appropriate positions to interviewed candidates
• Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interviews with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding
Person Description:
• Good interpersonal communication skill and good presentation skill
• Down to earth, hard working, responsible and careful
• Can work under pressure, have the sense of deadline, mature and result driven
• Logical thinking and good understanding
• Passion for recruitment and related industry
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• Sales experience in telecom / IT (without recruitment exp) is also highly appreciated
