Position Description:
The customer analyst assistant will focus on data processing and conduct some basic business analysis based on customer-related information & data. For example, The tap rate, The number of LOB tap, etc.
- The assistant will also need to help business analyst with raw data collection from CRM system, BW X56system, etc.
- The assistant will be required to organize communication meetings with REM(rest of emerging market) regions.
- The assistant will also be required to help business analyst drive key projects, including preparing review deck/power point slides, push region contacts For results, etc
- The assistant will be also assigned some regions as CDI contact person. The assistant will act The role of all CDI analyst like DMU creation process management & operation, key project drive, RADP refresh, customer database profiling & quality improvement, etc.

Position Requirements:
At least one year experience in data processing and analysis with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills are required for engagement with REM relevant stakeholders, like regional sales, marketing, and EM Ops segments.
- Project management skills are preferred.
- Good command of written and verbal English skills: the candidate needs to work with English speakers in overseas with English at daily basis.
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Overseas working experience or experience in a global team is a plus.
