Staff name N/A Job Title: CashierDepartment: Accounting Report to: Accounting ManagerCost Centre: Administration Location: Shanghai Job Responsibilities:-> Daily cash and banking operation and management.( as E-banking issuing...etc)现金，以及网银的支付、管理。-> Company payment hardcopy checking as supplier payment and staffs' travel expense...etc.员工报销、供应商付款申请的初步审核。-> Accounting daily registration by the system. Accounting book filing.财务的日常记账凭证输入系统。-> Handling of AP aging.账龄的分析报表。-> Local VAT invoice issue and tax return for the export declaration.增值税发票的开具以及出口退税的操作。-> Frequency reporting for the closing.财务关帐的相关事宜。-> The other task arranged by the team leader其他由部门领导安排的工作。 Ability:-> University degree with accounting background-> Trainee has to be the fast learner-> Relevant working experience one year plus is prefer-> Good and consolidation knowledge for the accounting operation.-> Knowledge of VAT system operation (invoice issuing and declaration).-> Better to be experienced of the accounting software as Kingdee.-> Good English and Microsoft operation skills.-> Positive behavior to working under pressure, good team spirit and communication.-> Will be the advantage for the tax return of export field. 我们接受应届毕业生，但是需要有良好的团队精神和基本的英语对话能力。公司提供良好完善的培训与福利。公司地址：闵行区莲花路2323号灿虹精英大厦8楼。近吴中路。附近有地铁9号线，867，776，87等交通到达。
