职位描述/要求： The Key Responsibilities Include
To prepare litigation related documents, follow up litigation procedures;
To carry out legal investigation / research;
To review and draft legal documents under guidance;
To translate legal documents;
Contract management;
Other responsibilities and tasks;
Job skill requirement
Being interested in in-house work;
Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and procedure law
Patience, carefulness, steadfast and dependably;
Communication skills and team work;
Education and Experience
Junior or senior student in natural ordinary college, law major;
Fluent verbal and written English skill;
Passed Bar Exam (plus);
Litigation related working experience in law firm or corporation (plus);
Driving license and experience (plus).
主要职责包括
准备诉讼材料、跟进诉讼程序；
进行法律调查/研究；
在指导下审查及起草法律文件；
法律文件的翻译；
合同管理；
其它法律事务工作；
技能要求
有意愿从事公司法务工作；
民商诉讼法律常识；
耐心细致、踏实肯干；
沟通能力，团队合作。
学历和工作经验
法学专业全日制本科大三或大四在校生；
熟练运用英文听说读写；
通过司法考试（优先）；
有诉讼方面的公司、律所实习经验者（优先）；
有驾照和驾驶经验（优先）。
