要求:

Position: Admin
Assistant-Intern

Siemens Ltd., China

Location: No.500, Da Lian Road, Yang Pu District, Siemens Shanghai Centre

Working Experience: Undergraduate Student

Responsibilities:

1. Provide qualified administration support to team members for business needs.

2. Maintain staff's employment management such as internal application, file management. Etc.

3. Responsible for daily work such as paper work, ticket&hotel booking. Etc.

4. Translation for marketing document and PPT preparation for Marketing.

5. Sales data quality control and check.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good command of oral and written English

3. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork player functional skills in communication and admin
.

4. Excellent computer skill in MS office, especially in PPT.

5. Can work at least 4 days per week
