Job Description:
1.Carry out desk based research (internet, calls, publications, etc.) for business development activities and projects, including information on market, industry, company, policy, potential candidates for recruitment, etc.
2.Identify and maintain major sources of public domain information, compile and update source lists
3.Database and categorize major research results into specific searches, and share with consultants
4.Assist Knowledge Manager in maintaining the company's knowledge and project learning in China, creating know-how andsharing with consultants
5.Assist in translating documents and creating PowerPoint slides
6.Keep consultants fully informed of the research progress, deliver interim and final research reports on time
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree of one of the major universities in China, preferably major in management, engineering/automotive, finance, economic and language
2.Smart and quick-learner
3.Detail orientation and stable
4.High liability and able to work under pressure
5.Good team work spirit
6.Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing
7.Fresh graduates are welcomed, experience as researcher (internship with company, not in university) is a high plus
