岗位职责 Support Manufacturing Engineer and QA/QC Department to do regular product quality inspection; Support Asia Application Engineering and Product Assurance team to provide technical diagnoses and solution to field-returned turbo; Work on the Product Line and Supplier Quality Assurance team to provide timely technical support; Support global materials engineering team and join the materials & process development in the field of non-ferrous alloy.

岗位要求 Bachelor degree above in Materials Science & Engineering with 3-5 years hands-on industrial experience Be capable of providing sound technical, professional, and performance leadership in at least one area of heat treatment, failure analysis, casting process; Working independently without direct materials related assistance. Be able to demonstrate solid metallurgy background and demonstrate strong capability of failure analysis. Be familiar with engineering materials and material specifications (ASTM, EN, GB, etc), non-ferrous alloy including cast Aluminum, cast Magnesium, Cast Titanium, etc. Be familiar with six sigma tool. Green belt certified preferably. Must be fluent in written and spoken English;

岗位职责 Responsibilities: Characterization of Carbon and Ceramic composites including, structures, chemistry, physical and mechanical properties. Skills: Technical skills include a broad understanding of materials characterization, and analytical & formulation chemistry related to high temperature composites and their oxidation protection coatings. Demonstrated use of standard materials characterization techniques including X-Ray Diffraction, TGA, optical and SEM microscopy, EDAX, ICP, XRF etc.,

岗位要求 Ph.D. Materials Science or Engineering, chemistry/chemical engineering or other suitable engineering degree Five years progressive experience in a Carbon R&D environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills (internal and external presentations). Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, and Minitab or equivalent graphing and statistical analysis software packages, Green Belt / Design For Six Sigma Certification Strong teamwork skills, able to work in a variety of team roles within cross-functional teams. Must be dedicated to customer satisfaction and demonstrated capability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, customers and co-workers. Good problem solving skills with ability to make hands on improvements as needed.
