You will have the unique opportunity to shape our business and product strategies through conducting customer visits, market analysis, competitive analysis, and ultimately delivering product plans and designs to the executive leadership team and product development teams. A successful candidate should be able to think strategically about business issues, uncover customer needs and translate them into product requirements, understand new technologies and their benefits to customers, and synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations. Candidates should also be self-starters who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively. Such projects will demand strong working relationships and interactions with customers, partners, company executives, technical leaders, and sales & marketing teams within [RDRN]. Qualifications should include a minimum of 3 years' experience in the high-tech industry as product manager, product manager, or program manager. Experiences in market research or marketing and a technical background are a plus. A BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. In order to succeed in this role you must have a tracking record that demonstrate that you are energetic, passionate about building world-class software, good at cross-team collaboration, very skilled at feature and architectural design, The ideal candidate is inspired to make software better and has strong design skills in the areas of functionality, architecture, and user interfaces. Qualifications include at least 3 years of work as a technical software design engineer having shipped products or large scale web solutions; You will partner closely with product management teams to design software solution that meets requirement of customers. Proficiency with development frameworks and methodologies is beneficial - MSF, Scrum, Agile and the like. Technical skills, include familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, REST, SOAP, XML, C#, C , Object-oriented programming, LAMP or technologies is required. Finally, all of the other standards apply: self-motivated, passionate, driven, strong collaborative skills and a love for big challenges.
