Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (DRAGONAIR) is an award-winning airline that is also a member of the Cathay Pacific Group. Together, Cathay Pacific and Dragonair serve over hundred destinations worldwide. To meet our temporary operational needs, we are looking for an intern for providing comprehensive assistant to Reservations and Ticketing Department for around 6 months, detailed responsibilities and requirements as below:

Position: Cargo Servcies Officer -Intern (3 months)

货运部- 实习生 3名(3个月)

Working time: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Working Location: Pudong International Airport(交通费由公司承担)

Job Description

- Cargo (Cubic) system updating, AWB/Document data input for export and import cargo.

- Prepare the cargo export and import documents

General Requirements

- Students in University;

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

- Good computer and typing skill

- Strong sense of responsibility;

Position: Customer Servcies Officer - Reservations&Ticketing (Intern) (6 months)

票务部- 实习生 3名 (6个月)

Working time: Office Hour(9am-5pm), Monday to Friday

Working Location: City Centre

Job Description

- Handle telephone enquiries;

- Provide reservation service;

- Promote CX / KA products;

- Provide customer services through telephone;

- As back-up staff, perform general ticketing duties at ticketing counter in CX/KA Shanghai Office.

General Requirements

- Students in University;

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

- Good customer service & interpersonal skills;

- Strong sense of responsibility;

- Basic reservation and ticketing knowledge (will provide at least 2-week on-job training).
