职 位　描 述： Test Engineer（测试工程师） Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责 • Setup hardware and software for product testing, Test program control/management/buy-off, Conduct Test correlation for New product and different platform • Perform product analysis for low yield & QA failures • Tester hardware buy-off, Tester spare parts control,Tester system administer, Perform PM and calibration and troubleshooting for tester • Create Golden units / correlation units, Golden /correlation units control / management • Responsible for corrective action and improvement plans • Debug test program and work with customer engineer to improve test quality • Develop and implement continuous product yield/test time improvement programs on production floor.
