招聘职位：

1。课程顾问

岗位职责：

1. 通过公司提供的名单，开发新客户

2. 公司课程服务介绍

3. 协助客户进行在线课程体验

4. 促成客户购买课程

5. 督促客户及时付款

6. 通过提供优良付费，督促客户及时上课

7. 及时向技术部门反馈客户意见和建议，提供优秀客户服务

职位要求:

1. 普通话清晰流利，声音甜美,善于与人沟通,态度亲切

2. 勇于挑战，能承受工作压力，热忱度高，有服务意识和团队精神。

3. 具备良好的口头表达能力以及沟通说服技巧和执行力

4. 年龄20-30岁

5. 基礎英文听，说，读，写的能力

6. 熟練使用Microsoft Office

7. 可以适当轮班（A班：9：00-18：00； B班： 12：00-21：00）

8. 有英语培训机构相关经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the list provided by the company to develop new customers
2. Company Course Description
3. To help customers experience online demo
4. To help the customers to purchase courses
5. Urge customers timely payment
6. Supervise customers to attend the classes promptly
7. Timely feedback to the technology dept.comments and suggestions to provide excellent customer service

Job requirements:
1. Fluent Mandarin, sweet voice, good communication, friendly attitude
2. The courage to challenge, to work under pressure, high enthusiasm, with service awareness and team spirit.
3. Have a good verbal ability and communication skills and executive ability to convince
4. Aged 20-30 years old
5. Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office
7. May appropriately shift (A Class :9:00-18: 00; B class: 12:00-21:00)
