职位描述
Responsibility:
Process orders, follow up on order status, and keep the customers and sales team informed of any changes.
Conduct thorough contract review, identifying issues that can impact contract agreement and customer
satisfaction.
Maintain customer item files, and update customer data-base.
Monitor inventory levels to select shippable material for dispatch, review disposition and shortage/overage reports to identify material for shipping/rework.
Elicit customer response and submit it online where required (disposition site).
Cooperate with sales and the credit department in issues involving credit, debit and payment to ensure
prompt shipment and timely payment collection/ cash application.
Initiate new product and specification review process per customer requirements.
Communicate with demand planning/order fulfillment team to determine out-of-scope lead times and production schedules.
Liaise with tech services to resolve quality claims.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, international trade or metallurgical preferred
- 本科学历，优先考虑国贸、冶金专业
- Intern experience in industrial customer service is preferred
- 有过公司客服实习经历者优先考虑
- Fluent in both written and oral English, good PC skills.
- 熟练的英语口语及书面能力，良好的计算机操作技能
- Good communication skills, customer satisfaction oriented
- 良好的沟通能力，能以客户满意度为导向
- Good team player, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility
- 良好的团队合作精神，较强的学习能力，强烈的责任心
- Able to work at least 3 days/week
